There are three great options for paying your bill online: My CenturyLink, the CenturyLink app, or Quick Bill Pay. Click the options below to learn more.
Sign in to My CenturyLink to view your bills, pay your bills, set up AutoPay, sign up for paperless billing, and save your payment information for future one-time payments.
You can pay with credit or debit card, or banking account in My CenturyLink. Plus you can save your payment info, so future one-time payments are even faster.
Use our mobile app to view and pay your bill, manage your products and services, update account information, manage your WiFi, get personalized support, and more.
Note about Quick Bill Pay: When you use this service, you are not signed into your CenturyLink account. Therefore, to complete payment, you have to enter your account information, and you cannot store payment information. If you want to save payment methods for future use, you can use My CenturyLink on the web or through the app.
Quick Bill Pay is a fast solution for making a one-time payment without signing in. You only need your account number and some basic information about your account. You can pay with your bank account, debit or credit card or, in some areas, an ATM card or money market account. It's fast and easy!
This is a great option if you're in a hurry or close to your bill due date, because your payment will be registered in the CenturyLink systems on the same day.
Quick Bill Pay can be used on any device.
There is a convenience fee when you use a credit or debit card to make a one-time payment in My CenturyLink, Quick Bill Pay, or with an agent.
Avoid the fee by using a bank account when making a one-time online payment through My CenturyLink or Quick Bill Pay, or by enrolling in AutoPay using a bank account payment.
