Convenience fees

One-time payments by credit or debit card

CenturyLink partners with Speedpay to allow one-time bill payments using a credit or debit card. When you use this service, Speedpay charges a fee for each one-time payment. This transaction fee goes directly to Speedpay. Your financial institution may also charge additional fees for this type of transaction, so check the terms of your credit or debit card carefully.

Payments with the help of an agent

It’s easy to make a payment yourself, with many different payment methods and location options. There is an additional fee to make a payment with the help of an agent, whether on the phone or by chat.

ACI Processing Charge

If you choose to pay your monthly CenturyLink bill through AutoPay using a credit or debit card, you will incur a $3.00 ACI Processing Charge for each payment transaction (does not apply to customers in Colorado and Minnesota). You can avoid this charge by setting up bank account payments instead.
