Additional Message Capacity - 100 Residence and Business (USOC VMC2X) is grandparented in all states effective August 8, 2005. This feature is not available as a new service effective August 8, 2005.
CenturyLink Voice Messaging Service provides a limited message capacity. An end-user can order additional message capacity of either 50 or 100 messages.
- Additional Message Capacity - 50/100 is an optional mailbox feature that increases the number of messages a mailbox will hold by 50 or 100.
- End-users who purchase 100 Additional Message Capacity may experience a reduction in the total capacity when messages are received that are forwarded from another mailbox or are received in the form of a reply within the voice messaging system.

Additional Message Capacity - 50/100 is available as an optional feature throughout CenturyLink QC on the following mailboxes:Residence
- Voice Messaging Service - Residence Only (VMJXA, VMJXB)
- Mailbox Only - Residence Only (VMJXX)
Business
- Business Voice Messaging Service Choice - Call Forwarding Busy Line/Don't Answer and Message Waiting Indication-Audible (VVMAD)
- Business Voice Messaging Service Choice - Call Forwarding Busy Line/Don't Answer and Message Waiting Indication-Audible/Visual (VVMAE)
- Business Voice Messaging Service Choice - Call Forwarding Don't Answer and Message Waiting Indication-Audible (VVMAF)
