Technicians are working to assess and repair network damage in Florida. Generators are helping to keep services running in many locations where commercial power is impacted. Once power is restored, teams will look for any issues send out repair teams as needed once it is safe to do so.
Technicians continue to access the damage to our network infrastructure in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio due to Hurricane Helene. Power outages are impacting some services in these areas. We appreciate your patience as we work through this situation.
If you are enrolled in FEMA’s Individuals and Households Program (IHP) because of Hurricane Helene or Hurricane Milton, you may qualify for the Lifeline program.
