Product Description
CenturyLink™ Home Phone Extra is a package which includes a flat rated residential line and a choice of any or all of the features included in the Features Chart in the Ordering Section of this document.
Additional features not listed in the Ordering Section may be added to the package and will be billed at the monthly Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists rate, less any applicable Wholesale discount.
Availability
CenturyLink Home Phone Extra Package is available where facilities exist throughout CenturyLink QC.
Compatibility & Restrictions
For specific feature compatibility and restrictions, see the individual feature Product Catalogs (PCATs).
CenturyLink Home Phone Extra Package cannot be provided on the same line with other packages.
CenturyLink Home Phone Package is compatible with residential line Universal Service Order Codes (USOCs) 1FR, AFH, HFR, AFL, RUA.
All features associated with the package must be on the same telephone number as the package USOC (PGOPZ).
Pricing
Rate Structure
CenturyLink Home Phone Extra Package may have a recurring and a nonrecurring charge based on state specific Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists.
There is no charge to add or remove features on an existing package. There is no charge to add a package to an existing li ne or change an existing package to CenturyLink Home Phone Extra.
Rates
Retail rates for this package can be found in the state specific Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists.
Rates and/or discounts are available in Exhibit A or the specific rate sheet in your Interconnection or Resale Agreement.
Features not listed in the Ordering Section of this document may be added to the package and will be billed at the monthly Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists rate plus any applicable non-recurring charges, less any applicable Wholesale discount.
