ASR Private Line
Course Description
This instructor-led course provides an overview of the process for requesting Private Line services from CenturyLink™. Ordering requirements and ASR form submission are also explained in detail.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to:
- Describe the Private Line product, features and benefits
- Define different Private Line network configurations
- Describe the process of ordering Private Line Services from CenturyLink
- Determine the required forms to submit a request
- Identify the required fields on each form
- Define the interval guidelines for Private Line Services
Prerequisites
- Basic Telephony course and/or equivalent industry experience
- Local CenturyLink 101 "Doing Business with CenturyLink"
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily CLECs and External Customers, but the training is available to anyone that would like an overview of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining a better understanding of the product and processes, and will allow you to be more effective in working with the CenturyLink Sales and Service Team.Course Length
