When you sign in to My CenturyLink online or in the app, you can find details about your new order:

  • Your order status
  • Your service start date and an option to change it
  • Your modem delivery date and tracking number

If you have an appointment for a technician to install your service, you can see the date and time, and reschedule your appointment if you need to.
