Any changes (including requirements associated with locally observed holidays) should be forwarded to Pamela Walters at 913-794-9213 as soon as possible.
The on-call phone number is 913-488-7854 for after hours and Saturday coverage.
Resale and special bills are scheduled to run on the first business day following the cycle date. Switched bills are scheduled to run on the day prior to paper media for the bill cycle. Switched billing will commence immediately following posting of those usage files received by 9 a.m. Central Time without any lag time for usage verification or correction. Any usage files received after that time will be posted on the following day.
Please Note: On days designated as month end, all CASS bills must be off hold by 11:00 Central Time in order to start processing . There will be no variance to this timeframe.
On-line availability hours:
- 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday
- 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time on Saturdays (including most holiday weekends).
On-lines will not be available until 6 a.m. on the morning following month-end processing. If extended hours are needed please notify Marsha Sabine at 913-794-4151 by close of business on the prior Wednesday so Billing Operations Management (BOM) can staff accordingly.
Tentatively, on-lines are not scheduled to be up on the following dates:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day Holiday (July 5)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Holiday (December 24)
- New Year's Holiday (December 31)
