Multi-Tenant Environment Point of Interconnection (MTE-POI) is the demarcation point or network interface within a multi-tentant building used to access the Unbundled Intra-Building Cable (IBC) Sub-Loop.

To create the MTE-POI, you must create the cross-connect field at the MTE Terminal.

Cable facilities in the building must be CenturyLink owned to purchase the IBC.
