Unlocking a User Account

This section explains how to unlock a user account. Any CenturyLink user (basic, admin, or super) can unlock any other user's account from CORA™.

  1. On the Admin tab, click the Unlock User sub tab.

  2. Enter the user ID of the user whose account you want to unlock and click Unlock Account. Notify the user that the account is unlocked and that they should be able to log in.

Note: If users forget their passwords, they must contact the help desk for a password reset before logging in again.
