This file contains the most recent information regarding
the status of all archived Change Requests (CR)
associated with Systems. Specific instructions to
navigate, print, and search information are explained
below for convenience. The Back icon located in the tool
bar can be used at any time to return to the previous
location. There is also a Back button located at the end
of each record. There are six Summary Listings (sorts) of Change Requests available. The report and specific sort can be access by selecting Change Requests (CRs) Archive from the Change Management Process page on the Wholesale Web Site. On the next screen select Prototype Systems CR Archive Report and then selecting the Summary Listing you would like to view. Also accessible from this page is the FIND option. This will allow for keyword finds for the entire database. After selecting this command, select EDIT from the browser menu and select "Find on this Page" from the pulldown menu. From this point enter your key words to search. The FIND option is also available under each year's subset of CRs. To view Detailed Information associated with a specific Change Request, locate the CR in the Summary Listing and double click the CR number. Printing: To print a CR or a Summary Listing simply click on the print icon. The output will be sent to your default printer. You may also print by using the "File" menu and selecting "Print". You can then choose the printer you wish. Searching: To search for specific information within a CR or Summary Listing, click on the "Edit" menu from the browser and then on the pull down menu select "Find on this page". This will search the individual record. These capabilities were tested using Internet Explorer Version 6.0 |
