Project Meetings

06/20/2012 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that seven of the eight CRs were related to the IMA Release 32 that occurred in April and asked that they be closed. There were no objections. He said the MTG CR (SCR121608-02) would remain in CLEC Test until more customers begin to use the application.

05/16/12 Systems CMP Meeting Susan Lorence – CenturyLink relayed that a new Attachment G had been posted to the Wholesale calendar for the meeting.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that the new Attachment G included an additional CR. Mark said the IMA Release 32 release was implemented on April 23, 2012 and that CenturyLink would like to move the seven CRs to a Completed status.

Steph Prull- Integra said she would like the following three CRs, SCR101111-2, SCR101211-1, and SCR101211-2, left open until they implement the XML release over the coming weekend.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said in that case, we will leave them all open until next month.

10/19/11 Systems CMP Meeting Denise Martinez – CenturyLink presented the CR and stated that currently, CLECs are processing LSRs for Non-Designed service requests with LCON field entries. This detail is being ignored by IMA causing missed appointments in the field. IMA needs to be updated to add any LCON entries as a Remark on Non-Design service orders. This is a problem brought to CenturyLink by New Edge and EarthLink Business.

Bonnie Johnson – Integra asked if Industry Guideline CRs go to the top of the list.

Susan Lorence – CenturyLink said she thought they just didn’t have to be prioritized.

Bonnie Johnson – Integra stated that then they would automatically be at the top of the list. She added that if more CRs came in before the next release, they may need to be prioritized.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink agreed and said he hoped the LOEs would be available by the November or December meeting. He added that packaging of the CRs was in November 16th and recapped dates for IMA Release 32.

Susan Lorence – CenturyLink said we would like the CenturyLink IT department to put together a package based on their availability and the workload. Susan said the prioritization process is lengthy and is usually started sooner than this so we would ask IT to put together a logical package with the Industry Guideline CRs at the top.

Jim Reardon – CenturyLink stated he would work with his team as they do the CR analysis.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink asked if Bonnie Johnson had been speaking in regards to additional CLEC CRs were submitted.

Bonnie Johnson – Integra confirmed and said that even if they came in and the LOE was more than the hours, even if they are not CLEC CRs, they would still be prioritized.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink agreed. He asked if there were any other questions and there were none.
