Jill Martain/Qwest stated that this CR deployed on December 5th and stated that Qwest was ready to close the CR. There was no objection. This CR is closed.

Jill Martain/Qwest stated that that the targeted implementation for this CR is December 5, 2005.

Cathy Garcia/Qwest stated that Qwest would like to relax business rules relevant to appointments. - no longer require appointments for physical except in the situation where jack work is required in customer premise. She said that Qwest would only require an appt if yard access = N - no longer require an appointment if service order activity within the last 30 days, only require an access window for business customers (no a/b window), remove A time restrictions (A time must be one hour greater than current time). Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that this is a good thing. Jill Martain/Qwest said that this is a Qwest overall Retail/Wholesale initiative and a parity obligation. She said that we will advise when we have a targeted date. This CR will move to Presented Status.
