Introductions Carol McKenzie began the meeting by taking attendance and announcing the purpose of the meeting. Carol explained that the walkthrough would cover the candidates, candidate impacts to the associated documentation, and the IMA XML Disclosure Document. The Meeting Agenda and Candidate Overview document are attached to the Wholesale Calendar entry for the IMA XML 21.0 CLEC Walk-through, which is located at http://www.qwest.com/wholesale/calendar under today’s date. To date there have been no documentation changes identified since Draft disclosure was posted on August 31, 2007

Candidate Reviews SCR012407-01 - Add new PIA Value - Verbal SUP to Add Cooperative Test On DD Qwest Post Order LR Business Rep.-Denise Martinez Denise Martinez reviewed the information provided in the candidate overview document. Denise opened the floor to Questions. Kim Isaacs stated that when a switch is made to add cooperative testing, an additional cost is incurred. Denise Martinez agreed with that statement. Kim asked whether Qwest documentation will be updated to inform customers that a cost will be incurred for requesting cooperative testing. Denise clarified that since the customer must specifically request cooperative test, Qwest will assume the customer accepts that charge. None of the existing processes are changing. Kim inquired as to what would happen if they get a new circuit and that circuit does not work. In that situation, would it be considered cooperative testing if they requested it and would they be charged for the testing? Denise agreed to get additional information and respond back to Kim After the call, Denise requested clarification from Kim in writing (through Carol) so she could clearly represent the issue to the Unbundled Product team. Kim declined at this point and stated she would submit her comments and concerns about the new PIA value during the official CLEC comment cycle for the Provisioning and Installation Overview and LSOG updates associated with IMA 22.0. No additional questions were asked. Carol moved discussion to the next candidate.

IMA XML Disclosure Documentation Review Carol conducted the review of the IMA XML Disclosure Documentation. Carol noted that no documentation changes have been identified since Draft disclosure posted on August 31st. Carol noted that three questions have been submitted through the CMP channels to date. Carol reviewed those questions. Answers to the questions asked will be published with Final Disclosure documentation on Friday, September 28, 2007 at http://www.qwest.com/wholesale/ima/xml/faq.html. Carol noted that CLECs may continue to submit comments through September 18, 2007. Carol opened up the floor to questions regarding changes to the Developer Worksheets (Pre-Order, Order, Other Order and Post Order) and Product/Transaction chapters. There were no questions.

- August 15, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this attachment includes the IMA 22.0 Commitment List.

June 20, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this is the current 22.0 Packaging and noted that there are 6 CRs packaged and stated that the LOEs are also on the document. Mark asked if there were any questions or comments. There were none.

- April 18, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this attachment contained the Initial Prioritization List for the IMA 22.0 Release. Mark asked if there were any questions on the list. There were none. Mark then mentioned that Packaging would occur in the June timeframe and be communicated in CMP.

-- March 21, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the LOE for this CR is 468 to 781 hours.

-- February 21, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Denise Martinez-Qwest presented the CR and stated that a new PIA (Provider Initiated Activity) on FOCs would allow Qwest Network to accept a verbal SUP on the due date to change the installation/testing type from what was originally requested on Unbundled Loop and Loop with Number Portability LSRs. Denise noted that as with other PIA values, this would allow for immediate identification of the PIA by value entry and reduce lengthy remarks that would have to be read manually. Denise asked if there were any questions. Bonnie Johnson-Eschelon stated that Steph (Prull-Eschelon) was not on the call and stated that if Steph had questions, she would send them or they could be discussed at the March CMP Meeting. Denise Martinez-Qwest stated that everyone should benefit from this change and noted that all should be happy with it. Without this value, the new process cannot be implemented. Currently, a SUP is required including a due date change of 3 day or more interval. Bonnie Johnson-Eschelon stated that it does appear, on the surface at least, that would be the case and that she would get with Steph. Denise Martinez-Qwest stated that she looked forward to any questions that Steph may have. There were no additional questions or comments. This CR moves to Presented Status.

February 5, 2007 Clarification There is no additional information for this Change Request. This CR is scheduled for presentation at the February 21, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting. Response is due in March.

RE: SCR012407-01 Add new PIA Value-Verbal SUP To Add Cooperative Test On DD

Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request (SCR012407-01). Based upon the scope of this CR, Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 468 to 781 hours for this IMA Change Request.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest's further evaluation of this Change Request.

This Change Request is an eligible candidate for the IMA 22.0 prioritization vote.
