Sprint wants USW to stop requiring CLECs re-certify for testing & production each time a new release goes out. CLECs should only have to get certified once. Having to go through the re-certification process each time a release is sent out (point or major) puts restrictions on CLECs that delay market entry and forces them to incur unneeded expense.
