Do I have to commit to an annual contract?
No. There is no annual contract. This service is prepaid, so you pay your monthly bill in advance with a credit or debit card. Just pay as you go.
What does it cost?
  • Our most popular package is $55/mo for 12 months for up to 100 Mbps.
  • Our Gig Internet package is $75/mo$65/mo for maximum download/upload speed of up to 940 Mbps via a wired connection.

There is also a one-time fee for installation and a cost for leasing or purchasing the modem.
How much is the installation fee and what does the Wifi Equipment cost?
We offer two options for installation.

  1. Standard Installation: You set up your Wifi Equipment and connect your devices.
  2. Professional Installation: The technician sets up your Wifi Equipment and connects your computers.

*A one-time installation fee may apply depending on network technology at customer location: Standard Installation fee up to $25 (technician completes work outside of location and customer installs Wifi Equipment/connects devices inside) or professional installation fee up to $149 (technician completes work outside of location and installs Wifi Equipment/connects devices inside).
Business Digital Phone is a self-install product with coordinated online installation and training.

Professional installation may be required at certain locations

You can lease your Wifi Equipment for $15 per month or purchase it for a one-time $200 fee.
How am I billed?
We offer easy online payment options and account management via our online portal. At the time of purchase, you'll set up your account and monthly prepaid billing from your credit or debit card.
