EASE Self-Paced Training
Training Description
This introductory, instructor-led course explains how to use CenturyLink's EASE Graphical User Interface (GUI) for ordering CenturyLink Wholesale products. You will experience interactive software demonstrations and participate in hands-on practice sessions to familiarize yourself with the EASE GUI system.
Training Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

Prerequisites
- Basic telecommunications knowledge and/or equivalent industry

Audience
The target audience for the training is for Facility Based CLECs who submit Local Service Requests (LSRs) via the EASE GUI.
