EASE Facility Based Directory Listing Training - Initial
Training
This training introduces the participant to the Enhanced Automated Service Order Entry (EASE) System functionality, as well as to the processes that must be followed to establish, change and/or delete directory listing information. The participant will review the resources available to assist with Directory Listing questions and processes. A significant amount of time will be spent reviewing CenturyLink™ listing business rules and learning how to complete an Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF) Directory Form via EASE.
Training Objectives
Upon completion of this training, the participant will have the skills to:
- Initiate or change a directory listing
- Identify the different types of listings
- Understand the rules pertaining to directory listings
- Assist with directory listing questions and processes
- Complete an OBF Directory Form
