Special Access Discount Pricing Plans from CenturyLink offer wholesale customers the opportunity to earn additional savings on the cost of access services. Your total savings can range from approximately 20% to as much as 50% off the full monthly cost of most qualified services. Actual savings will vary based on length of term as well as the number and types of services included.

With Special Access Discount Pricing Plans you may:

• Reduce your network costs to increase profitability.
• Lower the cost of service to your customers to increase your competitive advantage.
• Add new access services to expand your network capacity and offer additional capabilities to your customers.

• Broad service coverage - Discount Pricing Plans apply to a wide range of special access services, which can be "mixed-and-matched" to meet your needs.
• Easily scalable - You can increase the circuits you've committed to your Discount Pricing Plan at any time to respond to additional market demand in your territory.
• Flexible usage - Your usage can fall within a range of your committed level, giving you the flexibility to respond to immediate market fluctuations.
• Adjustable to your territory - You can build your discount pricing plan on a state-by-state basis or, for maximum savings, include all qualified services across your national footprint.

Product Details

CenturyLink offers two types of Special Access Discount Pricing Plans

1. The Term Discount Plan (TDP) offers

• Three or five year term
• 90%-130% range
• State-specific commitments

TDP can be applied to the following access services:

• Digital Data
• DS1
• DS3
• STS1
• SONET OC Ring Service (SOCR)
• Multiplexing (DS3 to DS1, DS1 to DS0 and STS1/DS1)

2. The Premier Term Discount Plan (PTDP) offers

• Five year term
• 100% of current circuits committed, but must only maintain 95%
• National in scope
• DS-1 Equivalent Commitments

PTDP applies to the following access services:

• Voice Grade
• Program Audio Services (Monthly)
• Digital Data
• Fractional DS1
• DS1
• DS3
• STS1
• SONET OC Ring Service (SOCR)
• Multiplexing (DS3 to DS1, DS1 to DS0 and STS1/DS1)

3. The Revenue Volume Discount Plan (RVDP) offers

• Three year term
• Discount based on volumes based on geographic locations

RVDP applies to the following access services:

• Voice Grade
• DS1
• DS3
• STS1
• Optipoint Service
• SONET OC Ring Service (SOCR)
• Ethernet Transport Service
